Sale Executive
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, CV submission,interview arrangement and billings.
- Achieve quarterly target as per Individual KPI target
- Achieve weekly KPI for CV submission, number of call and number of interviewsession as per individual KPI target.
- Build strong relationship with all key account clients Meet client’s demand and adapt to changes accordingly.
- Manage risk, quick troubleshooting, and prompt attendance to issue escalation.
- Manage information including database of applicants, hires, costs and recordsrelated to recruitment activities for analysis
- Ensure daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting submitted in a timely manner
Working Hours : 830 - 530
Salary : Up to RM2,000 + Commission + Incentive
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
