Retail Sales Associate

Location: Klang, Selangor

About Us: Beebies Aquatic is Malaysia's largest aquatic and pets showroom, proudly recognized in the Malaysian Book of Records. We specialize in the retail and wholesale of freshwater and marine fish, as well as a wide range of aquatic products. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer experiences and quality products for pet enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate aquatic products and fish.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and product features.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Complete tasks assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Passion for aquatic life and pets is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Day shift
