Retail Cashier

Job Responsibilities:
· Greet customers when they checkout their items and always maintain a friendly expression when facing customers.
· Operate POS system and conduct payment related work for customers.
· Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
· Responsible for all cash and credit card sales during cashiering, process fast for payment and trouble free.
· Ensure the cash is accurately according to the set procedures and keep proper records of operations.
· Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
· Works with management to overcome any payment system issues.
· Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of cashier counter at all times.
· Be involved in upkeep of store, stock control and management.
· Communicate with customers when questions are asked, maintaining professionalism and friendliness.
Job Requirement:
· Minimum SPM or related field.
· Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail outlet.
· Good customer facing, good communication and persuasion skills.
· Proficiency in Malay, English and knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
