Responsible for guiding all service and bar personnel assigned in the outlet for the performance of their duties and responsibilities. Establish and enforce quality assurance measures to maintain high food and service standards. Minimum of 5 years with same position and more work experience in culinary field in with good standards, culinary skills and good hygiene knowledge.
