Job Description :

• Checking and improving quality control procedure from raw material stage through the

finished product.

• Carrying out process support and development, new product development and quality

control.

• Control the safety, legality and quality of food product produced.
• Perform product testing and validation through sensory evaluation and product

application testing.

• Responsible for food certification application
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, records and work instructions are documented

in a clear and simple manner.

• Train all company personnel in the documented company policies.
• Coordinate and conduct internal audit.
• Coordinate corrective action in response to internal audit and register non-conformances.
• Management and review events including customer complaint, internal non-conforming

events and make re-commendation for improvement.

• Ensure that company third party accreditations are obtained and maintained.
• 2 weeks once meeting with Production Primary and Packing Secondary & Store Section

Requirements :
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree
-Welcome Fresh graduate with related education field to apply.
-Willing to learn in technology and regulatory authorities
-Supplier selection and evaluation including the raw material control
-Computer skill
-Possess and product knowledge in basic food industry and food product
-Strong in product quality inspection and sampling skills
-Possess knowledge in basic food hygiene and sanitation and able to utilize this information in daily operation
-Reading, writing in English and Bahasa Melayu
-Strong analytical and networking skills
-Operation planning and management
