Assisting QC Executive in maintaining documentation system pertaining to QC department.
To maintain training record of QC personnel
Generate man hour reports monthly
To ensure hardcopy QC SOP properly maintain at the respective work area
To ensure old documents/reports are filed appropriately or need to be achieved.
Maintain QC SOP to ensure the latest valid version at the respective work area.
Requirements
Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Administration relevant field with minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Must know how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
Ability to follow directions accurately
Attention to detail and organization skills
