Job Description:

• Perform detailed visual, dimensional, and functional inspection of aerospace components using precision measuring instruments, gauges, and other inspection equipment to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Conduct in-process and final inspection of components at various stages of production to identify defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities, and take appropriate corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
• Generate inspection reports, records, and documentation accurately and promptly, documenting inspection results, findings, and any deviations from quality standards for traceability and record-keeping purposes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP), and customer specifications throughout the inspection process, maintaining the integrity and airworthiness of aerospace components.
• Identify and report non-conforming parts or processes, initiate non-conformance reports (NCRs), and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to investigate root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and facilitate resolution.
• Perform regular calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment and tools to ensure accuracy, reliability, and traceability, adhering to established calibration procedures and schedules.
• Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality requirements, inspection techniques, and best practices, fostering a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials, components, and sub-assemblies, conducting incoming inspection as necessary and addressing any quality issues or concerns.

Requirements :

• Min Diploma / Degree in related fields
• Min 2 years relevant experience
• Proficient at running CMM program (Hexagon) is required
• Able to interpret manuals, drawings visual blueprints work
• Understand GD&T customer

Pay: RM3,900.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
