QC Inspector - Sanitary Piping (Pengerang)
Job Scopes & Requirements:
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- Responsible for incoming inspection of raw materials.
- • Perform structural, piping professional inspection and testing, feedback and tracking quality issues to ensure that the process of inspection work is carried out effectively, and quality control of the delivered products.
- • Responsible for acceptance and review of inspection records and test reports to ensure the timeliness, accuracy, completeness and compliance of process information.
- • Responsible for supervising the discipline of production process to ensure that the construction process discipline to meet the standards, specifications and owner's requirements.
- Job Requirements:
- • Specialist or above, with at least 1 year of similar industry experience. • Knowledge of industry related standards such as ISO \ ASME \ AWS \ ASME BPE.
- • Familiar in drawings, program documents, customer specifications and related standards.
- • proficient in the use of various types of inspection tools.
- • have professional inspection knowledge, including material (steel plate, steel pipe, pipe fittings, valves, equipment), welding, painting, assembly inspection and document review and organization, especially welding inspection, can use endoscope.
- • know how to use Office software (Word\Excel\PPT).
- • good communication, responsible.
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
