Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain stable supplier relationships to ensure a reliable supply of products.
• Understand product requirements and market conditions to verify the accuracy of supplier quotations.
• Familiarize yourself with supplier terms such as payment terms, order quantities, quality standards, certificates, and delivery times. Collect performance data on suppliers.
• Monitor market trends and seasonal changes. Identify and report process issues and errors to management.
• Work on improving the gross profit margins for existing products.
• Collect and verify product and supplier certifications to ensure compliance. Understand key product control points and technological processes.
• Assist with material additions, creating purchase orders, and requesting payments.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a diploma in business-related field.
• 1 -2 years of related working experiences are preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome too.
• Able to communicate with Mandarin to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
