Develop and maintain stable supplier relationships to ensure a reliable supply of products.
Understand product requirements and market conditions to verify the accuracy of supplier quotations.
Familiarize yourself with supplier terms such as payment terms, order quantities, quality standards, certificates, and delivery times. Collect performance data on suppliers.
Monitor market trends and seasonal changes. Identify and report process issues and errors to management.
Work on improving the gross profit margins for existing products.
Collect and verify product and supplier certifications to ensure compliance. Understand key product control points and technological processes.
Assist with material additions, creating purchase orders, and requesting payments.
Complete any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a diploma in business-related field.
1 -2 years of related working experiences are preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome too.
Able to communicate with Mandarin to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
