Job Description : Purchaser

• Location: Kulai , Johor Bahru
• Education: Degree holder (prefer)
• Salary range: RM 2K ~ 2.5K
• Language: English/Malay is required
• Working hours: Mon to Fri – 8:30 am to 5:30 pm/ Alternate Saturday – half day

Job Scope :

• Source and procure materials, supplies, and services required for production and operations.
• Replenish order request issue purchase requisition
• Ensure Local parts & project parts stock level
• Issue Purchase orders, Follow-up delivery, Sourcing of supplier
• Lodge warranty claim report against faulty parts
• Able to bargain price with supplier
• Liaise with the supplier
• Arrange import/export shipments and prepare relevant documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Purchaser or in a similar role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Min 1 year experience in related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
