CONTRACT
PROTÉGÉ–Ready to Work (RTW) - (Quantity Surveyor)
PROTÉGÉ-RTW implements initiatives to increase marketability potential and entrepreneurial skills among unemployed graduates and is open to various fields of study.
The total implementation period of PROTÉGÉ-RTW is twelve (12) months which consists of two (2) training components, namely:
(Accommodation and Transport Provided).
Requirement:
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Requirement:
- Malaysian citizen
- Fresh graduates with a minimum qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveyor.
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Obtain CGPA 3.0 and above (or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and multi-task.
- Excellent in organizational skills, time management and follow-up skills required
- Well equipped with the computer skills.
- Strong team player, self-motivated, driven and willing to learn
- Able to travel and work long-hours if required.
- Preference will be given to graduates with no prior working experience and who are currently unemployed.
- RM2,000 monthly allowance
- Entitled for SOCSO and EIS
- Annual Leave & Medical Leave

- Report to Senior/ Contract Manager
- Familiar and able to carry out measurement and taking-off quantities
- Assist to handle tender and perform timely tendering processes, compiling tender documents and submission of tender documents
- Assist for sourcing of quotation, prepare cost comparing and costing
- To establish and maintain the list of suppliers and sub-contractors
- Assist to carry out site valuation and process interim progress claim on monthly basis
- Assist to monitor the cost control and to ensure the overall project budget are maintained
- Assist to establish and monitor project cash flow and monitor payment
- Preparation and updating of standard cost databases and profiles.
- Assisting in the preparation of effective change control during the pre-contract stages and post-contract stages.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
