The Workplace Services Lead will be accountable for the delivery of the real estate portfolio across all service lines on the account, including Transaction Management, Portfolio planning and strategy, Project Management and Facilities Management

Propagate the vested contract and relationship model
Continuously deliver a reliable and compliant workplace, ensuring it is fit for purpose for local business requirements.
Work with the ASPAC Account Lead, Client and Key Stakeholders in defining workplace strategies to support the concepts of Hub, Club, Home and Roam
Rollout key initiatives including but not limited to systems and data utilization.
Work with the ASPAC Account Director and Finance Director to develop and manage budgets in conjunction with the site leads
Be a change champion in reducing the carbon footprint through energy efficiency and the adoption of renewable energies to achieve a target of net zero by 2030
Build, drive and report on initiatives to reduce waste, water and resources
Motivate our teams to deliver a workplace which inspires talent to succeed and nurtures their health and wellbeing
Manage Site Managers/Subject Matter Experts (SME) work streams to support the delivery teams across the region
Ensure consistent reporting and coordination regionally
Using data to drive strategic decisions
Support the ASPAC Account Director to drive and achieve goals and objectives including P&L, risk, energy targets and the account SLAs & KPIs
Manage the sub-regional FM delivery ensuring standards are maintained and be a contact point for any FM account related issues, provide training, and support in issue resolution
Assume responsibilities as identified and assigned by the ASPAC Account Director including leading focus groups comprising peers and colleagues from other GEO and regions of the account.
Qualifications
Preferably degree in related fields (Facility management, engineering, environmental science etc)
Would consider other disciplines of study where relevant (hospitality, business administration, management studies etc)
Where candidate is from a different and unrelated discipline but sufficient years of experience in Facilities management (may apply)
Experience
Worked as a professional in the facilities management environment for 15 or more years.
Familiar with the ground up operations and has led large size teams for more than 10 years.
Managed MNC/global clients in an account management role for several year. Familiarity with Southeast Asia landscape definitely an advantage.
Strong performance record with operations as well as P&L results to show
Proven track record in generating growth through business development.
