PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Job Summary:
Salary depends on experiences
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Involved with planning, coordination and control of manufacturing process
- Ensure goods and services are produced efficiently and correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality
- Monitor and ensure prompt delivery schedules, coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory, storage, picking, schedule delivery as well as container loading and unloading
- Develop a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed by to meet predicted completion date
- Troubleshoot problem that occur during production including staff shortage and machinery malfunction
- Execute quality check accordingly during receipt of raw material, packaging material and in-process control
- Ensure production, equipment and tools are properly maintained and complies with safety and environment guidelines
- Prepare report about production process for management and suggest ways to improve efficiency
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior
- Can work under pressure & multi-tasks
- At least SPM or higher.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Attention to detail, mature positive work personality and a team player.
- Prior consideration for the candidate who has direct working experience with steel engineering or construction field.
- Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
