Production Planner - Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
Production Scheduling
-Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, production capacity, and resource availability.
-Ensure timely and efficient production runs to meet delivery deadlines.
Material Coordination
-Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams to ensure that raw materials and components are available as needed.
-Monitor inventory levels and trigger orders for materials when necessary.
Resource Allocation
-Allocate production resources, including machinery, labor, and tools, to optimize production efficiency.
-Adjust resource plans based on production requirements and capacity constraints.
Process Monitoring
-Oversee production processes to ensure adherence to the schedule and production targets.
-Identify and address any deviations from the plan, such as delays or production issues.
Cycle Time Improvement
-Analyze production cycle times and identify opportunities for improvement.
-Implement strategies to reduce cycle times and enhance production efficiency.
Production Order Management
-Manage and prioritize production orders based on customer requirements and production capacity.
-Track the status of orders and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Coordination with Other Departments
-Work closely with production engineers, quality control, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
-Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams to address production challenges.
Reporting and Documentation
-Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and order statuses.
-Generate reports on production performance, inventory usage, and any issues encountered.
Problem Solving
-Address and resolve any issues related to production scheduling, resource allocation, or material shortages.
-Implement corrective actions to mitigate disruptions and ensure continuity in production.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
-Ensure that production processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
-Collaborate with quality control teams to address any quality issues and ensure that products meet required specifications.
Continuous Improvement
-Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.
-Stay updated on industry trends and technologies that could benefit production planning.
Requirements:
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
- Computer literate: Intermediate in MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point.
- Required skill(s): Analytical analysis, able to work independently, problem solving
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Preferably at least 1– 2 year(s) of working experience in production, materials or
- Good interpersonal skills, and able to communicate effectively with people at all
- Data Analysis, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Team Collaboration, Customer Communication, Adaptability, Understanding of Manufacturing Processes
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
