Production Clerk
Responsibilities:
1) Prepare daily production output report from every production department.
2) Update daily production report into K3 system.
3) To check, monitor, record and update of the workers daily attendance, OT and leave application process.
4) Organize and track training sessions for all production workers.
5) Ensure that all required information is recorded in the production order form.
6) Liaise with production personnel and other staff in routine production work.
7) Ensure proper and organized filing are in order for production and operation department.
Tasks:
1) To assist in the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
2) To assist on Production Coordinator in overall production operation.
3) To maintain proper failing for all respective documents.
4) Ensure the checklist / forms in use are compliance to EMS / QMS.
5) Perform other tasks / duties as assigned or required.
Minimum Requirements:
1) Minimum possess SPM / Diploma
2) At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
4) Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
