Product Registration Executive

Location: Melaka
Job Responsibility:
Office Management:
  • Overseeing the maintenance and organization of office space for Product Registration & Development Department, managing office supplies, product samples, equipment, and facilities, ensuring that the workplace is functional and well-organized.
Communication:
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal team and external suppliers, answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining effective communication channels within the organization.
Trademark & Copyright Registration:
  • Handling trademark & copyright application local and overseas, including preparing documents, paperwork and translation for filling and application purpose. Follow up registration status and update in monthly report.
Documentation Keeping:
  • Managing documents and records, including filing, updating databases, and ensuring that important paperwork is stored securely and in an organized manner.
Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Organizing schedules for meetings, appointments, and events, often managing the calendars of senior executives or managers, ensuring that all deadlines and commitments are met.
Event & Marketing Support:
  • Provide event & marketing support, which may include preparing reports, PPT, and training materials, handling product and trademark arrangements, processing expenses, and assisting with project coordination.
Financial and Budgetary Support:
  • Assisting to communicate with account department internal staff for tracking quotation, invoice, advance payment, cash or petty cash summary, and ensuring that financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
Handling Ability:
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately, including ad hoc requests.
Job Requirements:
Education:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field. CGPA 3.2 and above will be an advantage.
Experience:
  • At least 2 years of working experiences
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point). Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications such as Chat GPT, Canva will be an advantages
Organizational Skills:
  • Strong organizational and with attention to detail.
Communication:
  • Excellent in any one of English, Chinese or Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantages
Problem-Solving:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strategic Thinking:
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for office or document operations.
Multitasking:
  • Willing and ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
