Procurement Executive

Job Duties:
  • Manage procurement of all raw materials and services, including sourcing and supplier negotiation.
  • Assist with raw material hedging for cost stability and competitive pricing.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to achieve significant savings.
  • Source new suppliers, obtain quotes, and ensure materials meet company specifications.
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers, ensuring compliance with Corporate Compliance policies.
  • Maintain stock accuracy and manage inventory through systematic physical counts and SAP updates.
  • Establish and enforce procurement policies, monitor budgets, and develop vendor relationships for optimal performance.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Administration, or Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement.
  • Experience working in dairy/beverages industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in SAP and advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Strong vendor sourcing knowledge, negotiation skills, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent time management and analytical skills for reporting and cost analysis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
