Plant General Manager

A leading brand is seeking a Plant General Manager to join their growing team.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in supply chain management or engineering field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in production, with more than 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing a large team.
  • Strong knowledge and proven experience in manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision making abilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems and any manufacturing software is a plus.
  • Willing to travel across Malaysia as and when needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
