Job Description
Scheduling: Responsible for scheduling and coordinating the CEO appointments, and travel arrangements. This may involve arranging flights, booking hotels, and preparing itineraries.
Communication: This person serves as a liaison between the CEO and other team member. They may be responsible for handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
Documentation: Responsible for maintaining and organizing important documents, such as contracts, reports, and financial statements. They may also be responsible for preparing reports and presentations.
Coordination: Responsible for coordinating with other departments or external vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Office Management: this person is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office. This include supervising support staff, doing inventory checklist, to handle social media and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.
Confidentiality: This person is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information, such as financial reports, legal documents, and personnel files.
Miscellaneous Duties: This person may be asked to perform other miscellaneous duties as required.
Job Requirements
Male ONLY
Minimum of DIPLOMA with 3 years working experience
Language required: Read and write Malay and English
Some background of Travel Agency knowledge
Prior job experience in the same role preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
Must be highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, and have excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and Power Point, is required. Familiar with cloud application is preferred.
Must be able to work collaboratively with others, build relationships with key stakeholders, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges that may arise in a fast-paced work environment.
Must be able to adhere to a strict code of conduct and maintain professional image at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
