Position: Payroll Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
For Payroll

• To process Singapore clients' payroll
• To create, and update employees' data in the system as and when required
• To confirm with the client if any adjustments in the month before the payroll process
• To verify all pay items as per the client profile
• Generate the monthly invoice and submit the payroll summary to the Manager for review before sending it to the Client for bank approval
• Generate payslips and submit CPF contributions for the clients according to the pay schedule.
• Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and the regulations.
• Liaise with CPF Board / IRAS / NS Administration and Gov't Paid Leave...etc any payment matter related to employees.

For Accounting

• You’ll help the accounting team with our Singapore clients’ accounts throughout the year.
• Your work will include everything from entering data and reconciling bank statements to handling the general ledger and creating reports like profit/loss statements, balance sheets, and financial statements. You’ll also work on corporate tax calculations subject to your skills level.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business, Accountancy or equivalent
• Have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Payroll & Accounts
• Familiar with the different payroll software
• Tasks oriented & eye for details
• Work Independently and with commitment
• Good communication skills at all levels
• Able to start work in a short notice period
