Payroll Assistant
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll on a regular basis.
- Ensure accurate calculation of hours worked, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including personal information, bank details, and tax information.
- Verify and enter payroll data into the payroll system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly and professionally
- Generate and distribute payroll reports as needed for management and finance purposes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and documentation.
- Utilize payroll software and tools effectively for payroll processing and reporting.
- Assist in the implementation and upgrading of payroll systems as required.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
