Outlet Manager (Teashop)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of our outlet.
The Teashop Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations at the teashop, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving business goals. This role involves managing staff, optimizing store performance and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff Management:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a teashop or café setting.
Skills:
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train and supervise teashop staffs.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and queries.
- Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement promotions and loyalty programs.
- Monitor and manage daily sales, expenses, and cash flow.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to track store performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the teashop.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverage products.
- Develop and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a teashop or café setting.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Restaurant Management - 3 years (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- 75% (Prefered)
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
