We are representing a well known EKIWI Global Company and currently they are hiring Onboarding Customer Services to join the team.
Responsibilities :
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
We are representing a well known EKIWI Global Company and currently they are hiring Onboarding Customer Services to join the team.
Responsibilities :
- Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to
- the data the customer has demanded (available data).
- Manage / store customer information on the company system
- Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increasesales
- Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed
- Minimum SPM will be considered
- Telemarketing skills for at least 1 year or above.
- Language Required :Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.

- Commission pay
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
