Operations Executive - Trucking & Declaration
- Coordinate and manage trucking operations, including scheduling, route planning, and tracking cargo to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle the complete process of customs declarations, ensuring all required documentation is prepared, submitted, and compliant with customs regulations.
- Liaise with drivers, trucking companies, and customers to ensure smooth cargo pickup and delivery.
- Prepare, review, and submit customs documentation such as invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and other required paperwork.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of customs clearance paperwork, avoiding delays in shipment processing.
- Monitor and track shipments, updating clients and internal teams on the status of deliveries and customs clearance.
- Resolve any issues related to trucking, customs, or cargo delays, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, including import/export laws, tariffs, and duties.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including customs brokers, to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain records of all trucking and customs declaration activities, ensuring all documents are properly filed for audit and compliance purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customs regulations, and best practices in freight forwarding and logistics.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
