Sales & Marketing Executive (Operations)

Nurulagie Family Sdn Bhd is a company specializing in the sale of Baby Cakoi food products and catering services. Currently, we operate three branches in Senawang, Kuantan, and Melaka, providing quality food products. In addition, we offer licensing packages and have established more than eight stall outlets in Sungai Udang, Jasin, Beranang, Dungun, and Kuala Terengganu, Ayer Molek, Kelantan, Johor.
We are committed to expanding our business by offering comprehensive catering services and licensing opportunities for our products. Our goal is to become a leading Bumiputera company with food products recognized throughout Asia, particularly in Malaysia, through continuous improvement, integrity, teamwork, and product innovation. Now, we are looking for a talented Marketing Operations Executive to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing activities to promote products or services, working with advertising or promotion in delivery apps. (Foodpanda, Grabfood, Shopee Food and etc)
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media.
- Review and interpret work orders, production schedules, and other relevant documentation to determine production needs and assess current output levels.
- Facilitate employee training on equipment operation, work procedures, and safety protocols, or delegate training responsibilities to qualified personnel.
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels, to ensure availability of products. Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with the staff to minimize discrepancies.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Operations, or a related field is often preferred or equivalent.
- Important: Several years of experience in operations or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing teams, improving processes, and achieving operational goals.
- Experience in the specific industry (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, retail) can be a plus.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Works well in a team as well as individually.
- Good organizational skills and time management.
- Able to think analytically and to resolve issues.
