Job Description: POPS Eatery Sdn. Bhd, is a vibrant and growing F&B business dedicated to delivering quality food and exceptional customer service. We are looking for an experienced to fill in our Operations Manager role with a strong background in the food and beverage industry to oversee the day-to-day operations of our group of restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple locations, optimizing operational efficiencies, and leading teams to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities: ● Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency and excellence in service, quality, and customer experience. ● Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and staff to achieve operational goals and foster a positive working environment. ● Performance Monitoring: Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, costs, labor, and customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to improve performance and profitability. ● Quality Control: Ensure all restaurants adhere to company standards for food safety, hygiene, and quality. Conduct regular audits and inspections. ● Financial Management: Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue. Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. ● Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement and inventory management to ensure efficient supply chain operations and minimize waste. ● Compliance: Ensure all locations comply with local regulations, including health and safety and licensing requirements. ● Customer Experience: Champion exceptional customer service standards and address any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively. ● Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of long-term strategies for business growth and expansion. Qualifications: ● Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. ● Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role within the F&B industry, preferably with multi-unit responsibility. ● Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing high-performing teams. ● Wise experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control. ● In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and F&B industry best practices. ● Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach. ● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ● Willingness to travel between restaurant locations as needed.
