Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in attracting new members and contributing to the growth of our gym.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and provide information about our services.
- Conduct tours of the facility, showcasing the gym’s amenities and classes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing members to encourage loyalty and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively promoting memberships and upselling fitness programs.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and member engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with the gym team to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
