This job also requires an individual who is able to represent the company on a professional front and upkeep the reputation of the company. Good communication skills and a high degree of business acumen is essential for an individual to effectively carry out the tasks associated with this role. Designated Tasks: · Identify business opportunities by being able to effectively identify potential clients and target market audience. · Responsibly carry out weekly visits to hospitals and/or clinics (in your assigned territory) to identify prospective clients and obtain relevant strategic information, such as new patient information. · Being able to effectively sell products to customers by displaying credibility and building rapport with patients and healthcare providers. · Displaying the foresight to accurately identify potential business opportunities and target locations, such as hospitals, clinics and orthopaedic/rehabilitation centres. · Displaying a high degree to social skills and emotional intelligence towards providing guidance, information and support to clients who are potentially vulnerable individuals. · Doing hands-on scientific and market research to provide the latest up-to-date products and information, as well as, recommendations and improvements that could potentially enhance the customer’s experience and improve their wellbeing. · Being well-informed and well-versed with the current industry trends, market activities and competitors, in order to offer competitive and up-to-date solutions/recommendations. · Being able to collect data and report information in a clear and concise manner. · Maintains and upkeeps the highest quality of service by adhering to the latest organisational and industry standards. · Maintains a drive towards professional development by attending workshops, establishing personal connections in the industry, benchmarking business practices and participating in professional regulating organisations. · Able to be a proactive team player to contribute to group initiatives and reach sales targets as a team. · Responsibly reports to the designated manager, as well as, to promptly submit weekly and follow-up reports.
