Marketing Executive (Specifier)
Job Description
Location : Ulu Tiram, Johor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Establishing new accounts, building and maintaining good relationships with architects, consultants, quantity surveyors (QS), contractors, developers and contractors. (Government sectors /Bumiputra)
- Liaising with GOV/Bumiputra specifiers (architect, QS and Developers) on the Company’s products specifications.
- Maintains relationship with the Key Person in Government sector by providing products information when needed.
- Provide product presentation to new potential customers (Government sectors).
- Setting and achieving sales target. Prospect for new business across assigned territories or accounts ·
- Support sales team to stay updated with industries trends, competitors’ offerings, and market demands to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Achieving the monthly targets. Delivery sales revenue and seek to exceed the targets set by your manager.
- Gather and communicate product and competitive information from the field.
- Identify your customer - Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analysing sales options
- Building relationship -Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Ensures that CRM is updated and continually maintained for existing and new customers.
- Complies with the credit control procedure of the company.
- Issues quotations, specifications, and keeping records for the same.
- Initiate and maintain contact with full variety of clients and prospects.
- Handling customer complaints & site inspection.
- Generating Monthly Sales Reports, forecast and customers’ activity and updating on the sales and collection.
- Performs other related jobs/tasks as required by the HOD/ Management.
- To prepare sales proposals(quotation) and deliver sales presentation to key accounts.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration Management or any related field
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in related industry
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
