Sales Admin

Job Description:
  • Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare and verify sales-related documents such as sales orders, invoices, and credit notes
  • Ensure all orders are properly authorized and approved before processing
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, product availability, delivery status, and pricing
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders, invoices, and credit notes
  • Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior/HOD
Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or above in related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
  • Candidate must able to work independently, self-driven, team player and with a positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
