POSITION SUMMARY: The Executive Digital Campaign Planner is responsible for crafting and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital channels, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness. The Executive Digital Campaign Planner will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns, while managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and providing insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of driving successful digital marketing initiatives. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES: Key Responsibilities: Manage Analyse & Campaign Strategy: · Define clear campaign objectives aligned with marketing goals (e.g., lead generation, brand awareness, sales). · Conduct in-depth research to identify and segment the target audience based on demographics, behavior, and preferences. · Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to differentiate and position the campaign effectively. · Propose campaign strategies that allocate resources for different aspects such as design, content, etc. · Propose and get feedback from Head of Department, and make amendments if necessary. Manage Approval & Verification: · Review and verify all documentation related to campaign adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various channels. · Verify campaign and marketing materials comply with industry regulations, company standards, and legal requirements. · Verify accuracy of content, including product information, messaging, and promotional offers. · Provide feedbacks to staff and monitor amendments and improvements made by the team. Manage Reporting: · Create KPIs for lead generation campaign, e.g. conversion rates, click-through rates, and qualified leads. · Collect data from team members and analyze effectiveness of strategies, messaging, and channels used. · Prepare summary reports for campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. · Submit and present report to Head of Department and discuss campaign insights to improve strategies. Manage Meeting: · Review meeting agenda and gather necessary information from staff. · Create visual aids or presentation materials such as slides, charts, graphs etc to support discussion. · Provide team update, customer relation data, etc. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Job Requirements: 1. Educational Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Digital Business, Business Studies, International Business, E-Commerce and etc related to Business. 2. Experience: · A minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Digital Business experience. · Experience in dealing with social media, digital platform and others related to it. 3. Skills and Competencies: · In-depth knowledge of digital business. · Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. · High attention to detail and accuracy. · Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. · Proficiency in data analyst, data merging, covert data into report and graph. 4. Behavioral Attributes: · Integrity and professional ethics. · Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. · Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with other staff.
