Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

- Position Title: Marketing Associate
- Working Location: Penang/WFH
- Working Hours: 5 days, 4 days weekdays, 1 day weekend (9.00am-6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary RM4,500 + AWS + VB
- Duration: Permanent
- Create engaging content (videos/images) social media platforms.
- Post regularly on social media accounts (daily or weekly).
- Design and develop marketing materials.
- Plan, execute, and analyze paid advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads on platforms like Xiao Hong Shu (XHS), Meta, SEM, and Linked In.
- Plan, organize, and execute yacht-related events and activities.
- Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns.
- Familiar with Word Press CMS and HTML. Regularly update website content.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager or management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on social media, eg: Xiao Hong Shu and etc.
- Ability to independently plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta and SEM.
- Experience in planning and executing email marketing campaigns using various CRM platforms.
- Proficient in design and video editing software.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Willing to work on weekends if required.
