Position Overview
A store Manager is responsible for manage the daily operations of the food products outlet, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, implement business strategies, arrange promotional food products, and assist in training new staff.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise Sales Staff and Training
To achieve Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales goals
To ensure effective and friendly customer service is provided
Maintaining the overall image of the food products outlet
To manage Inventory handling such as stock re-ordering, Stock take and track your stock levels at all times.
To manage outlets daily operations
To analyse outlet performance and handle customers enquiries
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma or relevant experienced.
At least 3 years working in FMCG/ Food Products retail outlet as a supervisor/Assistant Manager.
Good communication in Mandarin, English & Malay
Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits :
