IT MANAGER.

Job Descriptions:
  • Lead and manage the IT Department to meet Department’s goals and development plans and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Drive project management and ensure delivery on results and timeliness, coordinating between clients, internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Assess and analyze the current IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Maintain, keep track and ensure IT infrastructure are in good order (network, server, workstation).
  • Troubleshoot and identify solutions on day-to-day operational issues.
  • Ensure company system and network are protected against any threat.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Perform business system deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Manage, configure and monitoring cloud servers.
  • Responsible for the analysis, handling, and tracking of cloud server system failures.
  • Measure & test project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Maintain, keep track and ensure IT infrastructure are in good order (network, server, workstation).
  • Good knowledge on other IT domains such as ITIL process, Network, Data Center, Database, Middleware, Security and Asset Management.
  • Perform other functions as assigned by Top Management.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Able to solve urgent matter and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency with Windows environment is a must.
  • Experience in implementing, administrating and troubleshooting network devices; Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points.
  • Good understating of TCP/IP, Firewalls, IPsec Site-to-Site VPN, SSL VPN.
  • Learn and understand full scope of our system functions and features.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Familiar with networking knowledge and network protocols.
  • At least more than 2 Years experience as Manager position in IT Department.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
