Digital Marketing, Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our Encore Melaka team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for development of digital platform, strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and measurement/reporting.
  • Manage the content that the business/promotion/event to all social media platform which include facebook, Instag, Youtube, Xiaohongshu, Tiktok, Twitter, webpage etc.
  • Research, writing briefs, competitor analysis, internal reporting, creative trafficking and reviews, creator campaign management, improve social posting, social calendar management, and copywriting.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Event, Marcom, Marketing, Designer) to coordinate and optimize tactics and programs;
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned and when necessary by Management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marcom (B2C), digital marketing, content creation
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
