Invoicing Clerk Cum Sales Coordinator - Bukit Mertajam Branch Mega Flour Sdn Bhd
- Coordinates Sales Team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communication relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and soft financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparations and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Preparing invoicing and customer service
- Taking record of customer complaints , coordinating with logistics and purchaser to ensure customer feedback are addressed
- Knowledge on Auto count is added advantages
- Arrange Deliver Order
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Any ad hoc job from Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
