INTERNSHIP IN HR/ADMIN/ACCOUNTING

INTERNSHIP IN HR/ADMIN/FINANCE
· Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment form
· Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
· Screen resumes and application forms
· Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
· Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
· Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
· Address employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days)
· Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
· Participate in organizing company events and careers days
· Responsible for helping with many of the duties surrounding project management.
· Facilitating project meetings and assisting with procurement activities
· Assist in preparing project documents such as Letter of Offer or Tenancy Agreement renewal letter.
· Book keeping for intern in account.
· Handle Payable and Receivable Accounts
· Make a payment voucher and receipt.
· Filing and etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3-4 months
Pay: RM200.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Day shift
