Human Resource Executive
Position: Human Resource Executive
Salary: RM2500 - RM3000
Working Days: Tuesday - Sunday ( 2.00 PM - 10.00 PM )
Location: Tingkat Mahsuri 4, 11950 Bayan Baru, Penang
1) Handle monthly payroll processing for full-time and part-time staff.
2) Ensure compliance with payroll policies and statutory requirements.
3) Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for full-time and part-time staff, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
4) Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, including contracts, employment details, and staff information.
5) Manage leave applications, attendance records, and other HR-related documentation.
6) Develop, implement, and update company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient HR management.
7) Ensure all staff are aware of and comply with company policies.
8) Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues related to HR matters.
9) Foster a positive work environment through open communication and employee support.
10) Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
11) Handle work permits and visa-related matters for foreign staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
