Human Resource Executive

Recruitment and Staffing
  • Job Posting & Recruitment: Crafting job descriptions, advertising job openings, and recruiting qualified candidates.
  • Interviewing & Selection: Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting the best candidates.
  • Onboarding: Managing new hire orientations, paperwork, and integration into the company culture.
2. Employee Relations
  • Conflict Resolution: Addressing and resolving workplace conflicts and grievances between employees or between employees and management.
  • Employee Engagement: Developing strategies and programs to maintain high levels of employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction.
  • Workplace Culture: Promoting a positive organizational culture that aligns with company values and goals.
3. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Administration: Managing payroll and ensuring equitable and competitive compensation structures.
  • Benefits Management: Administering employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.), and answering employee inquiries related to benefits.
  • Incentive Programs: Designing and implementing reward systems such as bonuses, commissions, and other recognition programs.
4. Training and Development
  • Employee Training: Organizing and facilitating employee development programs, including skill-building workshops and leadership training.
  • Career Development: Helping employees identify career paths within the organization and providing growth opportunities through mentorship or coaching.
  • Performance Management: Implementing performance review systems and providing feedback for employee development.
5. Compliance and Legal
  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensuring that the company complies with labor laws, including fair wage practices, anti-discrimination policies, and occupational safety regulations.
  • Policy Development: Developing and enforcing company policies related to employee conduct, attendance, harassment, and other workplace issues.
  • Health and Safety: Overseeing workplace safety programs and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety laws.
6. Employee Data Management
  • HR Information Systems (HRIS): Managing and maintaining employee records, such as personal information, job history, performance reviews, and benefits enrollment.
  • Data Analysis: Using HR data to track employee trends (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism) and help guide strategic decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month
