HUMAN RESCOURCE EXECUTIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKER)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
· Perform timely and accurate payroll administration
· Monitor and upkeep of employee personal records to ensure all information are updated and documented accurately.
· Ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees.
· Work with team to strategically plan valuable HR changes and subsequently take action to implement them.
· Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws
· Have a good knowledge in government statutory (i.e: EPF, Socso, EIS, and HRDF).
· Sound knowledge of recruitment strategies are familiar with Employment/ Industrial Relations Acts.
· Assist in staff training.
· Handling on Foreign Worker Management, Work Pass Administration, Foreign Workers Management
· Good knowledge of all the labour legislations, foreign worker permit documents and prevailing HR practices
· Take up any other assignments and duties as assigned by superior from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
· At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Payroll system
· Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
· Problem-solving skills.
· Reliable and able to work with minimum supervision.
· Knowledgeable in any payroll system with up to date knowledge of HR policies, employment regulations and legislation.
· Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
