Foreign Hostel Warden

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Foreign worker’s hostel surrounding environment are upkeep and well maintained.
  • Formulate and implement policies, procedures & system of managing foreign workers’ hostel.
  • Ensure hostel management process compliance to the local law and rules & regulations.
  • Supervise a team of hostel leaders to ensure day to day tasks being executed smoothly.
  • Work with internal & external regulatory agency inspectors or auditor to correct any aspects of maintenance which required during audit or inspection.
  • Manage and maintain the cleanliness and facilities in hostel.
  • Execute required hostel management projects as approved by management.
  • Managing the welfare and discipline of foreign workers in the hostel.
  • Ensure hostel occupant abide to hostel & factory policies, rules and regulations.
  • Prepare relevant management report to management timely.
  • Any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
