Finance/Accounts Associate
Job Descriptions
- Manage and reconcile assigned Accounts Receivable (AR), including collections from debit cards, credit cards, and e-wallets.
- Perform daily accounting entries and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor and resolve any AR aging issues.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding AR matters.
- Communicate with Operations and financial institutions to address unreconciled items.
- Support income audit tasks.
- Assist in fixed asset verification as needed.
- Ensure all documents are properly organized and filed.
- The candidate should have a minimum qualification of SPM, LCCI, STPM, "A" Level, Pre-U, or a Diploma/Certificate in Accounting/Finance, or ACCA/CIMA/MICPA Level 1 or equivalent.
- Relevant work experience is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Perform reconciliation, banking, funding, and audit tasks per standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all financial transactions, systems, and procedures.
- Work on Saturdays and Sundays as per duty roster. Off day replacement on weekday if required to work on weekend.
- Degree in Accounting or related professional qualifications (e.g., MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MICPA, CPA, CIMA).
- Diploma in finance/accounting with 3+ years of experience in treasury or banking may apply.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Meticulous and highly organized.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Descriptions
- Supervise daily income audits to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Report internal control breaches to the Assistant Finance Manager.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely recording of incomes in the accounting system.
- Manage AR creation/changes in the Info Genesis System for F&B outlets.
- Update ISO documentation.
- Coordinate with operational personnel on income audit control issues.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
- Liaise with auditors and external parties.
- Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or ACCA/CIMA/MICPA Level 2.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and management.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
