F&B Supervisor (Milk Tea)
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Oversee daily store tasks to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Customer Service
- Lead by example in providing excellent customer service.
- Address and resolve minor customer concerns and questions.
- Support the team in creating a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Team Support
- Support staff in completing their tasks and meeting service standards.
- Assist in training new team members and provide feedback to help them grow.
- Help with scheduling and managing shift changes.
- Sales & Promotions
- Support the store in meeting sales targets by promoting key products.
- Stay informed on promotions and encourage team members to share them with customers.
- Education: SPM or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a supervisory or senior team role in F&B or retail.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of store operations and POS systems.
