About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operation Supervisor (Production) to join our team at RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all production activities to ensure the successful completion of products. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
What you'll be doing:-
- Supervising and coordinating the work of production teams to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise
- Ensuring effective communication between operator teams, leaders, assistant supervisor, supervisors, managers, and other top management.
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Providing guidance and support to team members, and identifying opportunities for training and development
- Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement and design, to ensure the smooth execution of production.
- Substantial experience as a Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting data, managerial skills, and
- A proven track record of successfully managing full set of production process include maintaining disciplinary action for operators.
