F&B Coordinator
- Responsible for all outlet promotions in terms of co-ordination with outlets and other departments, planning of promotions, implementation and preparation of promotions.
- To prepare promotion reports by the end of the month.
- To be present at all in-house and outlet functions. Liaison with Chef on all promotion photo shoots and promotion menus, liaison with Marcom on the advertising of outlet promotions.
- To fill in for the Food & Beverage Secretary or Catering Co-ordination’s duties in absence of either.
- To prepare the year to year promotions calendar by attending meetings with the Food & Beverage Manager.
- To prepare outlet promotion analysis, market observation reports and feasibility studies of promotion by other properties.
- To participate in all in-house events i.e. Christmas, New Year, Secretaries Week.
- To ensure all promotion collateral's are ready in time and meet the standard.
- To collect all other properties' promotion collateral.
- To ensure all Food & Beverage packages are updated in terms of costing and implementation.
- To produce an analysis report.
- To ensure all promotion collateral are being circulated in the hotel.
- To source and prepare contracts for all in-house entertainment for any special in-house function e.g. Secretaries Week, Christmas Eve and New Year Eve.
