Event & Banquet Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Food and Beverage operations to align with corporate strategies and implement hotel actions.
  • Update and maintain Departmental Operations Manuals and enforce Event Service Standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to event standards and managing Event Service Leaders.
  • Ensure associates meet brand promises and provide excellent service to both guests and internal customers.
  • Maximize associate productivity through flexible scheduling and multi-tasking while managing costs efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing the annual Food and Beverage Business Plan to align with hotel objectives.
  • Support Event Sales by identifying market trends and opportunities and evaluate market conditions regularly.
  • Seek marketing and PR opportunities to enhance business awareness and growth.
  • Ensure brand standards are met and collaborate with other managers to improve overall hotel success.
  • Promote a supportive and flexible working environment across departments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
  • Experience in managing banqueting service will be an asset.
  • This position is open for Malaysian Nationality only.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
