Employee Relations and Compliance Coordinator
Job Description:
- Monitor and manage staff attendance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Resolve attendance-related issues and generate reports for management review.
- Implement and maintain attendance tracking systems.
- Oversee daily administrative functions on-site, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Handle correspondence, document management, and support internal communication.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures for staff.
- Administer the application, renewal, and compliance processes for employment passes and expatriate permits.
- Ensure adherence to immigration laws and company policies.
- Liaise with governmental authorities and provide support to expatriate staff regarding documentation requirements.
Requirement:
- Demonstrated experience in managing staff attendance and administrative tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of employment pass and expatriate permit regulations and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant administrative software and systems.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and be based in Kulim.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
