Division Manager - Negeri Sembilan
Job Description:
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- Ensure operational efficiency across all stores under your supervision by monitoring processes and implementing best practices.
- Ensure that all stores comply with company policies and industry regulations, as well as meet the necessary safety and cleanliness standards.
- Oversee marketing initiatives to ensure consistency across all stores, aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained uniformly across all stores.
- Recruit, and train team members, providing them with the guidance and support needed to manage their teams effectively.
- Monitor store performance metrics, including Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG), net loss, manpower efficiency, and utility expenses.
- Address operational challenges promptly and implement solutions to mitigate any issues that arise.
- Provide strategic recommendations and updates to senior management based on store performance and operational insights.
- Work closely with the Setup team during the setup and takeover of new stores, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Lead the soft opening of new stores and collaborate with the marketing team to organize grand opening events.
- Provide strong leadership, setting an example for employees and giving clear direction to achieve business goals.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and company standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in managing multiple retail outlets is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
- Customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Malay and/or other local languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel domestically and regionally as required.
