Customer Service Representative-Batu Kawan
Job description
Customer Service:
✅Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
✅Deal directly with customers either face to face, by telephone or electronically.
✅Stay up-to-date with new products and services.
✅Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
✅Response promptly to customer inquiries.
✅Arrange ordering and receive deliveries from suppliers.
✅Ensure racks are fully stocked and goods are well displayed.
✅Keep the counter, display items and the shop floor clean and tidy.
✅Process payments by totaling purchases, processing cash, credit card or cheque.
✅Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
✅Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
✅Coordinate with Store Keeper for inventory management.
✅Coordinate with Driver for delivery.
✅Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
✅At least SPM level.
✅General Mathematics skills.
✅Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
✅Knowledge of administrative procedures.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
