Rates : RM 2500-3500/month and RM 12-16/hour
Location : Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Provide professional customer support.
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
· Attending and communicating promptly to customer’s needs and queries.
· Acknowledging and resolving customer feedback and concerns.
· Knowing products inside and out to answer product queries.
· Communicating and coordinating with the team and management.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and increase customer retention.
· Gather customer satisfaction levels and feedback on customer services for continuous improvement.
· Provide feedback on the efficiency of the operations and customer service process.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
· Must have proven working experience in customer service.
· Professional looking and well-groomed that best fits our salon image.
· Good and precise communication skills.
· Customer Service oriented and passionate about serving customers.
· Prior experience in the beauty line would be advantageous.
· Ability to stay calm and excellent in handling difficult customers.
· Comfortable using computers.
· Mandarin and Korean language proficiency will be an advantage.
